Went on Carnival in Aug'07 and on Royal Caribbean in Dec '07. RC much better let them know in advance of cruise you need a gluten-free diet and they will cater to you at dinner in the dining room. They will even be able to arrange for you to have gluten-free french toast in dining room in am. Fabulous gluten-free deserts in dining room. They bring the following... -

GNC Women's Ultra Mega Dietary Supplements and the Men's are gluten free and sates so on the label I need the vit.D and calcium -
My family and I will be visiting the Myrtle Veach area in Aug. I am a newly diagnosed celiac and have a terrible time trying to read labels and speaking up at restuarants. Have searched on the web for different dining options and am currently e-mailing restuarants to get info. Any help would be appreciated....don't want just salads and fruit while...
