I am not biopsy/blood diagnosed and went years of being severally ill and in chronic pain. Doctors didn't know anything, but drugs, which didn't work. I just got sick after accidently using the Pace Salsa, I only ate a few bites. It was not my full blown gluten reaction, but it was there. Just an FYI for others who may be wondering. None of the ingredients are obvious except distilled vinegar (which most list as safe anyway) and the natural flavorings, which I thought that manufacturers could not hide... -

I had headaches everyday for a year...the dr's had no clue of why...nothing worked to stop them. They did go away in time. My cousins headaches went away with a gluten-free diet. Are you SURE you are gluten-free??? I went off of gluten and drastically improved.. then the last many months I have gotten sicker and sicker, with some original symptoms of gluten but no stomach pain. I finally discovered there was wheat protein in my shampoo and conditioner! Within 3 days of being off of it...so to speak I feel a million times better....
