Hello, Just joined, don't know if I should be doing an intro here or not, but here it is. I have a 3 yo son diagnosed with Celiac last Nov. He has been gluten-free ever since (to the best of our knowledge). He's a stinker and sometimes sneaks!! I thought this site looked very interesting. I hope to get to know you all and learn from eachother...

Nicole, Yes!! We go through the same thing daily. Funny we call it the feeding frenzy too!! LOL. My son is 3 and diagnosed last Nov. with blood test only. He has been on the gluten-free diet since. THe excessive hunger was one of his main symptoms. IT improved a little after starting the diet, but we still need a 24 hour kitchen!! My son will eat...
