    wow withen 10 minutes of eating that apple the little cuts on my hand disapeard and my nuckels returned to normal color. Wow its amazing how the body will try to warn you any way it can. I dont get hungry at all so that was my warning sign to eat i guess

    So my blood work came back negative, but im gluten sensative now i just got my bill for the test and it says what they tested for gliadin antibodies, IGG Endomysial AB,IGA,Titer Gliadin antibodies, IGA was that a full panel??

    what brands you trust for nuts in general. I love peanuts,pastashios,cashews,almonds est est. Someone said that they would help with protein and i love nuts so any suggestions- i dont have a trader joes near by just wincos and k-marts and safeways and albertsons

    yeah it definalty takes time im 3 weeks gluten free now and its still a rollercoaster for me

    i use centrum advanced forumula so much crap in it edit-- o just make sure you dont get chewables-they contain gluten

    yeah thats why i stick to rice chips as chips. and i got my pork so thatss got lot of protein in it. what nuts/ brands do you recommend. I love cashews, peanuts,almonds- well i guess i just love nuts (not that way sickos) anyways what brands are good is planters safe mmmmmm i love that little peanut man he makes me laugh

    doctor just called me again, says hes not going to refure me to a specialist until i get those bactera and parasite samples in because he says depending on what they find it may not be nessasary. He says that if its sertain parasites they could be causing all of my symptoms. I did have what looked like a piece of tape come out of me about 5 days ago so hey...

    im from corvallis so i dont get up to portland to often but i know red robin and outbacks cater really friendly to celiacs or gluten intolarent people. sure they must have those up there since its way bigger then corvallis or albany oh your talking about real restraunts we dont even have those around here lol
