    i am having celiac blood panel on monday about 2 weeks ago before he put me on gluten free i got really really sick and i kept falling down everywhere and had myself ran up to the ER, at the ER they took blood tests because iwas passing blood in my stools. so i know they tested me to see if i was anemic- that was a negative and they took 2 other blood tests...

    i am minoraly lactose but there is no milk in it there is soy however, but to my knowladge i dont have a allergic reaction to soy unless one just randomly formed. i guess thats what happend with this hole gluten thing so it could be a possibilty

    i know they claim to be gluten free and all but i just ate some and withen 10 minutes i am already feeling like crap, i have no nown other food alergiens what could this be?

    i dont even know how much damage was done i have had blood work- not celic panel, upper GI, and a cat scan also just regular x-rays and the only thing found was some folds in my small intestines, does this meen im in good shape or could there be other things wrong that the doctor is not looking at? im not a healthy person but ihave not had any health complicatiions...

    So when diagnosted with celiac diease all you have to do is go gluten free and thats that right? i have been reading about people going to centers and stuff like that? is this a seriuse problem? i thought it just ment i have to avoid gluten and wheat forever more?

    i dont really know im 20 and i know its diffrent depening on age group but after 3 days of even beeing gluten free i started to feel alot better but it from what i have read takes atleast a couple of months to really get healed, but its also depenednt on how bad the problems got before going gluten free. sorry i could not have been of more help

    definatly not DH ew those pics where gross now when u say gluten free for 5 years does that meen without any days where u accedently get glutened, i usaly can go for about 3 days until something happens and i get sick usualy becasue of a cooks error when going out to eat.

    i cant spell laugh if u want anyways just wondering of corn torteas or however u spell them are ok.     yep but thats also caused by IBS wich is fairly common among celiacs it causes diahera from the first thing you eat from the day and abominal discofort all day

    On Hormels list of gluten free foods its on there, but im still nervis since i know most sausages contain a binding that contains wheat gluten anyone had this sausage and is it good??
