    all depends on what brands/ flavors you have, some are safe some are not, rotersery chicken i would imagine would be a pretty risky thing to eat but not guarinteed to be gluten containing, as i said im afraid to full on challage myself

    the gastroentorlogist was confused as to why i was ever told to go gluten-free, he was looking over everything and he says there was never anything that should have pointed in that direction and that my doctor was just taking guess's and did not not know he was doing ( and that was definatly true since he dianosed me with like 4 other things that where wrong...

    another reason for the challange even though not the real reason, is im having a endo in 3 months so i guess it would give a chance to possibly see if there is celiac disease if im back on the wheat, but the test is really to look for gastritis or ulcers, possibly chrons.

    the test is going to be random so i wont know when to flush myself, i could also do niacin but that shows up in some uas plus if you have ever taken a large dosage of niacin you know that stuff sucks, dont even really wanna think about that

    that would work if its a super super low grade test, unforunatly i dont know what grade test they use, most tests would see that your urine does not contain any of the natural vitamens your body should have and you will fail the piss test for having diluted piss ( or atleast thats what happend with me when i tried to clean myself out before a ua for probation...

    why me, why does my life always have to give me crap. so the place that i work for is a franchise owned fastfood resturant. in the past week the company that owns are store desided to sell all of there restruants to a new company. This new company has alot of new rules and regulations and i meen alot. one of the things is all the paperwork has to be redone...

    it may be gluten free but its nasty lol, i dont recommend Tysons bonless skinless ready to cook frozen chicken breasts, definatly was not worth the 2 dollers i saved not buying fresh. oh and i cant say 100% that what i ate was gluten free, i re-read there email and there response was are individuly packaged frozen ready to cook chicken breasts are gluten...

    nope under law they dont have to list or they do?? sorry i just try to be super carfull alright so then i guess the chicken would be safe then since all the ingrediants are is Ice glaze=natural chicken broth ingredants chicken broth,sea salt, natural flavorings so im in the clear then right?

    be careful with the snickerdoodels, not sure what ingrediant it is in them, but about 1 out of 6 cookies have hard lumps in them and when i say hard i meen i litterly chipped a tooth on one about 2 weeks ago, emailed the company and they apoligized and sent me some cupons but i figured i would warn. never had a problem with any of there other cookies though...
