yeah i hate pepto, last time i took it i had black tarry stools for 4 days off only 1 dosage.. so i was told to take digestive enzyms (whatever those are) and do some breathing exersise and i will be healthy withen a month... yeah right

what can i take for stomic pains??? thats gluten free???? my stomich wont stop i cant take it anymore ____ talked to a webmd today he says it sounds like leaky gut.. to bad i will never know

i dont get it, how can u go to bed feeling one way and wake up feeling another way.. i woke up today and where if i had hips my hips would be on my left side is incrediably brused, not visualy brused but i cant even like lay a finger on my side without shooting pain.. so tender for no reason.. other news it seems i have a fairly bad cold.. feel like crap...

anyone here have normal bowl habbits? the reason i am asking is im trying to figure out if im sick with something or if this is normal and that i am maving a improvement? or maybe a side effect from adding garlic to diet but like 3 times now i keep getting shooting pain from my rectum, i rush to the bathroom and have a fairly large bm, its not all celiac...

so i have not changed my diet yet but instead i did add garlic and onions to absoulty everything i eat... so maybe that will help some ________ finally got the program to transfer pics from my girlfriends cellphone onto the comp so i can finally update my pics

talked to a lady at work who was trying to battle a candida infection also.. she said that you have to be on that special diet for over a year is that true???

is it 100% nessasary to own a salad spinner if your using fresh heads of lettece? i started to buy heads of romain instead of the prebagged stuff and i wash it under cold water, like let the water run and shake it under the water then eat it.. is this enough? or does it require i use a spinner?

not sure but i think this may be from the aciphex.. but i cant move my leg like at all. last night i could not fully extend my leg because it felt like a air bubble in my knee was going to pop, this morning its much worse but now i cant bend my knee, i had to bike to get to work today and by the time i got there i was literaly in tears as to how much it hurt...
