  8. I think he is. He's a family doctor that's gone into holistic type medicine and also does chelation. He's our family doctor now. I just don't know what I'll do when he retires. He's his own practice.
  9. My doctor is big on supplementation. I like to supplement with normal doses of things so depending on the dosage I wouldn't take it every day. Kelp, isn't that a powder? I think I've seen it in a powder anyway.
  10. Make sure you have real salt or himilayan salt. Himilayan is supposed to be the best, but is very cost prohibitive. I called my doctor yesterday to talk to him about starting chlorella for me and Talitha. Do you guys take this in the morning hours? I bought the Yaeyama made by Jarrow Formulas in the powder form.   12. You can start by warming up 2-3 glasses of water in the morning and drinking them before you go to work. You'll probably, actually want to start with 1-2 since you aren't used to it. Your body will love you for it though. Drink another 1-2 during your lunch break while your lunch is cooking. You want to try not to drink with meals or 20-30 minutes...
  13. Welcome. I'm mildly intolerant to many grains but can eat corn, rice and sorghum. I only have corn occasionaly though. I believe my intolerances are caused by mercury.   17. My doctor prefers to have women go through a thermal scan. He believes it's ok for one mammogram for a baseline but also believes that having your cells squished can cause problems and cancer down the road as well. Besides, the scan picks up things much sooner where it is much more treatable. Don't forget that root canals have also been implicated...
