  2. I've never had Lay's Stax; however, Lay's other naturally gluten free chips have *serious* cross contamination issues.
  3. I use Douglas Laboratories Sublingual-12 Plus. www.douglaslabs.com It specifies no yeast, wheat gluten, soy protein, milk, corn, sodium, starch, artificial coloring or preservatives.

    ARCHIVED So Tired!

    Pernicious Anemia (low B12 levels) is common in Celiacs, and mild cases can manifest as fatigue. Moreover, it doesn't go away quickly, so you might want to get that checked. I've been gluten free for two years and still have some issues with it. Good Luck!

  10. Hi, Does anyone know if Boston contact solution is gluten free? (for gas permeable lenses) I haven't been able to contact the manufacturer yet. Thanks!
