Thanks Nantzie and Rachel -- very inspiring. I was tested four years ago and was weakly positive on one of the three tests, so my doc said I didn't have a problem. Hello all, I'm new to the group, and am a little confused. Maybe there's a link on the site somewhere, but I'm wondering which spices are considered "safe"?
