    Anybody have any hair products for my dry, straight hair. I need something that does not weigh my hair down. I used redken extreme,and loved it, but it has wheat.

    Every time I'm concerned, I just call the company. Dannon told me the only safe product they have is plain, unflavored yogurt. I'm not sure about yoplait.

    Paul mitchell freeze and shine super spray is gluten free. They will email anyone wanting to know thier complete wheat and gluten free list.

    loradatadine prevents hives my niece takes it daily per allergy doctor. She had unexplained hives every day, and she takes one a day, and they have'nt returned. unless ofcourse she skips a dose. It is generic carried at all stores, walmart, meijer ect... in allergy section

    I'v been to 8 doctors for a face rash that I developed over a year ago. I have been treated for everything (acne, excema, rosea, perioral derm, yeast ect...) I have been on every antibiotic, steriod, antifungal...ect...When I got the flu it cleared up. When I went yeast free it helped (If you eliminate yeast you also kind of eliminate gluten).     Thank you all.....I have learned more in the last two days, than I've learned in months.....also charmaine, I read something from Ursala that said try nini's website it has a newbie kit...very helpful, but I'm not sure how to get you there....I'll keep trying. It was in an old post? Anyone know how to go back?

    I called kellog's this morning...they said the only food that they considered gluten free were their fruit snakes, and waffle syrup..........corn flakes, rice ect......have gluten, listed under malt flavoring.

    ohhh....kashi crunch....that is my favorite. My husband eats it 3 times daily in front of me. I have tried envirolife????? granola cceral. Its not kashi, but its alright. Most of the time I mix Perky's Nutty flax it has 7 fiber and 6 protein 5 fat with panda puffs. Perky isn't so tasty.

    Please help.....I'm new, and just started eliminating wheat and gluten. It's very difficult to understand were gluten is hidden. I still can't find the delphi list. I've read in this forum about gluten free items, but it seems not everyone agrees. Is there a sure way to fing out? Do you call each manufacture? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking...
