the food component of my consumption has been gluten-free, but wondering about some of my enzymes - Q-zyme by garden of life? Also some members of this group seem to think that even well washed baking trays previously used with wheat is not good enough. Just read a post here yesterday that mentioned wooden miking spoons, hmm put them in the dishwasher would have thought thats good enough - i'll change them on the weekend.my paralysed stomach continues to operate and gives me a reminder with a little rumble or churn every now and then - the paralysed stomach of the gastoparesis condition is silent. Also my food is digesting but still totally dependent on enzymes. However one school of thought beleives that enzymes are good for healing and leaky gut etc so i feel happy enough to carry on taking them.i'm terrified of any change to my diet - untried food combinations can play havoc with gastro paresis, however issue of food allergies has raised its head since enterolab has shown that i have a casein reaction too so forced myself to have rice, almond milk and an ounce of sesame butter fro protein this monring (almond milk has a woefully small amount of protein and i do feel like i'm lacking this component). got nervous when it seemed to take a long time to digest, but it did go down in a reasonable time.progress will be slow, but i'm hopeful that a gluten-free life will solve my problem to a far more manageable condition.
