Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked corn kernels
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup peeled, diced jicama
- ½ cup fresh Manilla mango cubed
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- juice and zest of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
- 1 dash of El Yucateco Kutbil-Ik-de-Chile-Habanero* sauce, or other hot sauce, as desired

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together corn, red onion, jicama, mango, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
Stir in lime juice and zest.
