My Dr decided to run a few extra blood tests and I am able to review them online and I'm unsure of what they mean but from doing some googling I do know that the tests are related to Celiac disease. 

Can anyone tell me what these mean?

Tissue Transglutaminase AB, IGA =my value is 92 and reference range is <20. So I'm high at 92? This test means what exactly?

IgA details =my value is 265 and reference range is 82-453. So at 265 I'm still within normal range correct? This test means?

It means you likely have Celiac Disease.  But your doctor should tell you that and refer you to a GI for further testing

So both test results wouldn't have to have resulted in high levels? So the Tissue Transglutaminase AB, IgA is the test that validates celiac disease? Then what is the other test supposed to determine?

The other test looks like the one to determine if the TTG IGA test will work on you.  The simple explanation is - a few people don't make "IGAs" that show up in the blood test.  In those people, they have to do a different test.  This shows that you are able to make the "IGAs".  A strongly positive TTG  test, like yours, almost always means Celiac.  If the test was slightly elevated, it could be from something else.   For example, my son's test was very slightly positive, but when taken again later, was very negative.  MY TTG was over 100 - it wasn't from a virus or something else.

      That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

      Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

      Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

      Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
