This company makes gluten-free cookie and cake mixes as well as some other baking needs. I made the chocolate chip cookies for a gathering so I could have some dessert. My nephew (who does not need to limit gluten in his diet, ate 10 of them!) They were fabulous. I saw the recipe on here for making your own cookies but if you ever need a mix, this is a good one to purchase.

I bought mine at my local grocery store.

You can also order online as well. We all know how hard it is to find gluten-free products in stores sometimes.

Make sure to order the wheat-free/gluten free one. (They say they do test their batches for the most current testing)

I use their chocolate cake mix quite a bit!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't care too much for the frosting, or the sugar cookies, but that chocolate cake mix is the bomb!! Not only that, it is SO EASY to make!!! I think you add oil and water mix and bake!

It is so good to find something that is so simple to make, and tastes so good. So many of our foods are difficult or time consuming to make...

Well I just heard about this last night and now I can't wait to try it. Only thing is I have no need for a cake anytime soon -lol! Apparently they carry this at Whole Foods and/or Super Target here. Also, for those of you that are too lazy to make homemade frosting still, Duncan Hines confirmed to Clan Thompson that indeed their Creamy Homestyle frostings are gluten free still. But jerseyangel has a good recipe for frosting if you are so inclined.
