Had A Delicious Brownie

The other day my pastor brought me a couple of items he found and said he thought I may like them. The first was a flour mix, the second was Bob's Red Mill (I think) brownie mix. I was bored last night so I fixed half the bag. OM it was the best thing I have had in a long time. It was really moist, since I made half the bag and you can't use half an egg I put in a whole egg, really choclatety :blink: , and really good. I did put some grated dark chocolate and pecans in it. I haven't had sweets like that for a long time and I was expecting the worst but I was pleasantly suprised :lol:

Yes, the Bob's Red Mill Brownies are really good. I also like the Pamela's chocolate cake mix. I totally fooled my niece's and nephews with cupcakes. They had NO clue. :lol:

      I do eat 4 slices of wheat bread with almond butter. Yes it was a reference to my iron consumption.

      To give you a frame of reference for pretesting gluten consumption necessary to ensure valid antibody testing, here is the current recommendation for those who have been on a gluten free diet: The daily consumption of at least 10g of gluten (about the amount in 4-6 slices of wheat bread) for at least two weeks. Not sure why you mentioned eggs and chicken...

      Thanks for your insight. I've been eating wheat bread at least 5 times a week for several months. I've been eating chicken or eggs 5 days a week for at least a year.
