New Cosmetic Website

I just found a great website called Ulta.com. They carry all cosmetics from Neutrogena to Bare Essentials. There prices are cheap too. For a bare essentials starter kit, it was $60.00. Once you click on the item you want to look at, you can see the list of ingredients too.

There are Ulta stores too, I have one right near my house. It was the first place I was able to find Bare Essentuals until a Sephora opened last summer. They have a great selection!

Still watch out with cosmetics. Hate to be a downer. Even Bare Escentuals has gluten in some of their products. Their lotion, some of their lipsticks, not sure what else contain gluten.

Neutrogena has a list which they list as "wheat free" but I realized that they do NOT say "gluten free" -- I have that list if you would like to have it, though.

Almay has several products which are gluten-free, and some of the other companies have gluten-free lipsticks, etc.

I LOVE Ulta . . . . we have a store here, and when the "gift packages" come out, it's nice to be able to get them! I still watch EVERYTHING, though . . . even Bedhead products, which I used to use almost exclusively, are FULL of gluten! Just make sure you have covered all your bases with regard to gluten-free prior to purchase!

Jen (Jenvan) said that NARS products are gluten-free. Bought a lip gloss from them -- LOVE IT!

Have fun at Ulta!!!

They may want to also eliminate other possible causes for your symptoms/issues and are doing additional tests.  Here is info about blood tests for celiac disease--if positive an endoscopy where biopsies of your intestinal villi are taken to confirm is the typical follow up.

In the Europe the new protocol for making a celiac disease diagnosis in children is if their tTg-IgA (tissue transglutaminase IgA) levels are 10 times or above the positive level for celiac disease--and you are above that level. According to the latest research, if the blood test results are at certain high levels that range between 5-10 times the reference range for a positive celiac disease diagnosis, it may not be necessary to confirm the results using an endoscopy/biopsy: Blood Test Alone Can Diagnose Celiac Disease in Most Children and Adults TGA-IgA at or Above Five Times Normal Limit in Kids Indicates Celiac Disease in Nearly All Cases No More Biopsies to Diagnose Celiac Disease in Children! May I ask why you've had so many past tTg-IgA tests done, and many of them seem to have been done 3 times during short time intervals?

@JettaGirl, "Coeliac" is the British spelling of "celiac". Same disease.

This may sound ridiculous but is this supposed to say Celiacs? I looked up Coeliacs because you never know, there’s a lot of diseases related to a disease that they come up with similar names for. It’s probably meant to say Celiacs but I just wanted to confirm.

I was told it was to see how much damage has been caused. But just told CT with contrast not any other name for it.
