Any of the major chains will be easy for youto find something.

Earls, Moxie's etc. I only have to mention to the servers that I have an issue with gluten, and they are bending over backwards to help. I hope your trip goes well.

I know I missed you trip but so that you all know EE Burritos makes most of thiir stuff with corn and if you talk to the owner Erneto he is really helpful. you sometimes have to explain what you cant eat but I am telling you the food is amazing the atmosphere is great and well no getting ill after eating...how can you go wrong there. I amlso wanted to let you know the Montanas has a glueten free menu that you can request. :lol:

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
