Hey! I love Wegman's!!! They have an entire gluten-free aisle, and I remembered your Chebe and Pamela's cookies recommendations!!! I haven't tried the Chebe, but the cookies are AMAZING!!! I cannot believe their similarity to regular cookies!!! I don't miss Gluten cookies at all!!! :D:D:D:D

How cool B)

Take care,

Yay! :D:D I tried a mix not too long ago that was 10 times better than even Pamela's....if you like choc. chip cookies, I can get you the name--don't remember now. Hope you like the Chebe, too :D

Jill, the Mi-Del Cookies.. which I find in the Wegmans around here, in there health food section seem pretty good too. Just a heads up. =)

And me think I need to check those cookies out you have mentioned! Thanks. (=

You're welcome and thanks, oh and if you haven't seen Coutler raving about Foods by George products, I noticed the Wegmans near me has them in a freezer section in their health food section. The Brownies are really good. =D

The Mi-Del, I think you can notice are gluten-free.. but still good, in my opinion. Just to warn ya, LOL.

I've seen celiac3270's rave, <notes to self>, I must buy Foods by George!!!!

Word to Wegman's, the gluten-free Oasis!!!!

:D Hi all, I tryed the Chebe bread mix as well as the garlic breadsticks. They were both wonderful, a little chewy, but very good. I think I need to master this and then it wouldn't be so chewy. I have tried Pamela's cookies also. They were wonderful. I just tried Kinninick (sp?) cookies, those were very good if you like the more crisp cookies. I wrote to Foods by George and they didn't know who sold it in my area (Chicago) so they are sending me a list. I can't wait to try that.

Have a great day.

To anyone trying the Chebe pizza: do not buy the pizza crust mix; the regular bread mix works MUCH better.

Thank you to everyone who took my suggestions :D

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
