Yummy Chicken Recipe

i have just discovered this recipe from allrecipes.com

it is so delicious and easy to make, so you can cook it at night and even take it to work for lunch.

ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cubed

1/8 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

cook chiken on medium heat till no longer pink, and then add the rest of the ingredients and cook 10 more minutes.

then, what i do is add shredded cheese and salsa and wrap up in a corn tortillia w/ avacados, lettuce and tomatoes. you could also have it as a salad.

the best thing about having it for lunch the next day is, the longer the chicken sits in the juices the better it tastes!
