I Found The Most Awesome Donuts On The Web!

At a recent Celiac Support Group Meeting we had samples of the most awesome donuts and donut holes. I recently ordered directly from them. They ship quickly and the baked goods are fresh and reasonably priced. I highly recommend that you check out their website. I don't have celiac, but our 2 children do and I thought I was actually eating donut holes from Duncan Donuts. Our kids devoured them very quickly and were so excited to have donuts. It is easier to just call their # and place your order over the phone. They ship anywhere!

Thank you for this information.....my granddaughter has celiac disease and I have to eat gluten free also. I will order some of these and take them to her as a nice surprise. I will also share this site with her parents, who are my son and DDIL. They take such good care of my DGD, who is six and thriving on a gluten-free diet. Bless you for sharing. Barbara

Barbara, I hope you enjoy them as much as we did! I love to pass along the great finds as sometimes they are hard to find and when you do find a good thing, you just want everyone to know! Another site that I can direct you to is:

Our children are dd, age 4, and ds, age 9, and both have celiac, so I can identify with trying to find things that kids like as substitutions for their favorite gluten foods that they miss. At this site, they have awesome mixes (which are reasonably priced) and you can order one day and your package arrives the next! I have been extremely happy with everything that I have ordered so far. One thing you may want to try for your granddaughter is the soft pretzel mix, code #3116. You can do a product search and they should come up. It is only $4.19 for the mix and they do taste pretty close to the pretzels that you would get at Auntie Ann's or any other soft pretzel place at the mall. I made them into pretzels rods as I didn't know how to make the actual pretzel shape and when I took them out of the oven I dipped them in melted butter and then rolled in cinnamon and sugar. They were excellent and the kids ate the whole batch in two (2) days.

      I have heard of NCGS, but everything is just so confusing!!! Just unsure of things as her EMA test was negative but TTG was positive @19u/ml(lab range 0.0-7.0).Apparently she also has occasional bubble like blisters in between her fingers, don’t know if that’s significant. She is triallling gluten free as suggested by the gastroenterologist after her endoscopy. Keep getting different answers when typing in her symptoms etc. Some sites say it can be possible to have coeliac, even with a negative EMA . It’s so frustrating and her anxiety levels are through the roof. I know she’s hoping it’s coeliac which is weird I know!!! But if it’s not it just means more tests. Sorry to ramble on!!!

      I ame looking for rice flakes that aren't cross contaminated to use in making oat free granola. Does anyone know of a brand? Also I see that some people just used puffed rice cereal, but it seems like that wouldn't be sturdy enough to withstand the mixing without crumbling. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

      There isn't because there is currently no gluten-free labeling requirement for prescription medications. You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/
