We don't have ladybugs here in the UK - ---- we have Ladybirds instead ...which are very similar but have black spots on their red wings....

Ladybirds..interesting....we have a bunch of different bugs of this same theme. Some have black spots...some not so much. This guy was a bit more orangish than usual, with faint black spots.

Ladybirds...I guess I learned something new:)

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
