Thought i'd share with you a new place to get gluten free cheesecake. I haven't been myself but there website advertises gluten free, sugar free desserts. The cafe is in yorkville, toronto. It is called Carole's Cheesecake Cafe on Cumber land. I wrote to them to ask if their cakes are in the same display as the gluten cakes but they havent' wrote back. And how they are made ( gluten free facility)?I believe they also carry frozen cakes you can buy. Here is the contact information if you'd like more information.

They are available at other locations - I bought one about 8"s across from a Low-Carb store at Yonge & Lawrence. Not cheap but quite tasty. I guess it's just the cheese part without any base. My son ate it and had no reaction. It's a buy to satisfy a craving.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
