I am looking for a PURE egg white protein powder that is free of gluten, dairy, AND soy. I was wondering about the Jay Robb's one, but I don't know if it's gluten free or not. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

Where do you buy Bioplex? I'm assuming it's gluten free? What do you put in yours to make them into protein shakes? I usually can't STAND the taste of these things, but I have to get them down for protein.

Thank you for that. I am going to go there today and see what they have.

I also bought the hemp one and came home and opened it and took it back...BLAH! YUCK! I wouldn't dare to eat it! Lol!

Lol! I know, I would totally ignore the advice, but I am in the "panic" zone for anemia! Ugh!

I found one that's called "Now Foods" Egg white protein powder. The ingredients are literally just egg whites. It is totally tasteless in a smoothie with berries and rice milk! YAY!

That drink sounds awesome! It's just what I am looking for!!!!!

Right now I have been drinking a brown rice powder in vanilla rice milk and it makes me a bit sick to my stomach to think of it but I know I need it when I work out!

I will give this recipe a try :)

In the event that you are interested you may wish to check out EAS's whey protein - it is completely gluten free and smooth to take. It's inexpensive too! You can find it online or in store almost anywhere. As for NOW foods - they are a remarkable company, very reputable and deliver amazing products for middle of the row price!

They may want to also eliminate other possible causes for your symptoms/issues and are doing additional tests.  Here is info about blood tests for celiac disease--if positive an endoscopy where biopsies of your intestinal villi are taken to confirm is the typical follow up.

In the Europe the new protocol for making a celiac disease diagnosis in children is if their tTg-IgA (tissue transglutaminase IgA) levels are 10 times or above the positive level for celiac disease--and you are above that level. According to the latest research, if the blood test results are at certain high levels that range between 5-10 times the reference range for a positive celiac disease diagnosis, it may not be necessary to confirm the results using an endoscopy/biopsy: Blood Test Alone Can Diagnose Celiac Disease in Most Children and Adults TGA-IgA at or Above Five Times Normal Limit in Kids Indicates Celiac Disease in Nearly All Cases No More Biopsies to Diagnose Celiac Disease in Children! May I ask why you've had so many past tTg-IgA tests done, and many of them seem to have been done 3 times during short time intervals?

@JettaGirl, "Coeliac" is the British spelling of "celiac". Same disease.

This may sound ridiculous but is this supposed to say Celiacs? I looked up Coeliacs because you never know, there’s a lot of diseases related to a disease that they come up with similar names for. It’s probably meant to say Celiacs but I just wanted to confirm.

I was told it was to see how much damage has been caused. But just told CT with contrast not any other name for it.
