Thanks!

My boyfriend can't have corn! His tummy starts making wierd noises if he even has one kernal of it. Corn is just a cheap "filler" crop, and many people can't digest it well.

It's made both of us a lot healthier though, because corn syrup and corn starch are really bad for you anyway. i use gluten free brown rice flour to thicken gravies and soups. He eats gluten free at home even though he hasn't been officially tested yet.

I used to like corn nachos but I haven't really eaten dairy for two years and it's not as good without cheese.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
