How Sensitive Babies Can Be?

Our 9m baby girl is having reflux and diarrhea problems. She is being nursed because we haven't found working formula. Mom currently eats naturally gluten-free diet. We switched away from pork and chicken to avoid any grain molecules (suggested by our doctor). It seemed to improve condition of our baby, but it's a bit hard to tell because it's almost full elimination diet anyway. Currently mom eats reindeer, NZ lamb, potatoes, millet, buckwheat, some berries and green vegetables. No milk products also. Baby is doing ok with this diet, but there are some occusional problems.

The guestion is: How sensitive to gluten/grain contamination babies can be? Could gluten from bread I use in kitchen cause her discomfort occusionally. I am sure there are bread crumbs all over the place, so it's likely she will eat something from time to time.

I am having gastroscopy next week because I have been having depression, anxiety and fatigue for years. celiac disease blood tests have been negative, but I will try gluten-free diet anyway (starting after the biopsy). One of my cousins is diagnosed with celiac disease and my mom has many GI symptoms (but she hasn't been tested).

      Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

      Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
