I just went to a GREAT doctor in Reno, NV. His name is Jay Chamberlain, MD. He is a family practitioner, but was so refreshing because he actually listened to me! I told him I wanted to be tested for celiacs, and he ordered it without questioning me. He also wanted to be thorough and ordered other testing just in case, but this is a far cry for me from the doctors that I have had in the past that won't even do tests and assume it's IBS.

So if anyone in the Reno/Sparks area needs a good, attentive, caring doctor, Jay Chamberlain is your man! :)

Hey, that is great news. We come back to spend summers at Lake Tahoe and we cannot seem to be able to find a good doc in Carson City. Certainly willing to go to Reno. Since I am out of country at the moment, do you have a phone # for him by any chance?

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
