Organic Yogerts

The more I learn about food, processing, farming, and health, the more interested I am in choosing organic solutions. I am interested in organic brands of yogert. I know that the plain should be fine from just about any brand but what about flavored ones?

I don't know about Organic yogurts, but all of Yoplait is gluten-free--including flavored yogurts.

The ones Trader Joe's has are gluten-free, and I believe that Stonyfield is as well. I haven't seen an organic brand of yogurt that does have gluten yet, but as always, call the company with questionable ingredients.

Stoneyfield will not confirm that their flavored yogurt is gluten-free. (they only say plain is..) It made my daughter sick.

Check out their web site www.stoneyfield.com

Horizon is gluten-free and organic.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
