Trouble Uploading Personal Photo

Hi! I am trying to upload a photo for my profile, and I've tried several different photos, and I get this message each time:

"The upload failed. Please contact a board administrator."

How do I make it work?

The most likely cause is that the file is too large. The board will automatically scale the image size for both personal photos and avatars to the maximum of 150 pixels in the larger dimension, but there is a limit on the size in bytes you can upload. For an avatar it is 50Kb and for a personal photo 100Kb.

If you have an image larger than the limit, you will have to use an editor to shrink it before you can upload it. If you are using Windows, then paint.exe can do this for most image formats.

We then showed the owner the link to the card, the online receipt that I got upon purchase, and even my bank statement confirming the purchase.
