I haven't tried them due to my other allergy problems but The Silly Yak Bakery has them listed on their site Open Original Shared Link. They're listed as Glutenfree toaster pastries.

My daughter missed them, too.

My response from

SillyYakBakery@wmconnect.com,

Thanks for your interest. We do make Gluten Free Pop Tarts which are $2.50 per pop tart. We have flavors consisting of Apple, Raspberry, and Blueberry. All orders are two week notice from time of order. We are however trying to switch the pop tart to turnovers because they are less time consuming to make, therefore we are not losing money to labor. The Turnovers cost $2.95 per turnover. The flavors are Raspberry, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Blueberry, Apple, Blueberry Cream Cheese, and Cherry.

Hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Take Care,

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
