Pasta Maker Cookbook

My mom recently purchased a pasta maker for my family and I was wondering if anyone knew of any cookbooks specifically for gluten free recipes? I have 2 children both with Celiac disease, so the cost gets quite high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know of a gluten free pasta cookbook. Its an ebook. I need to find the link then I will get it to you. I may have to email it to you. I get online on my wii and its not easy to post links on here. Send me a message with your email and I will send it to you.

      Thoughts? Non-endoscopic Celiac diagnosis in two year old

      Okay that is really good to know. So with that being positive and the other being high it makes sense she diagnosed her even without the endoscopy. So glad we caught it early. She had so many symptoms though that to me it was clear something was wrong. yeah I think we had better test us and the other kids as well.

      One doctor suggested it, but then seemed irritated when I asked follow-up questions. Oh well—

      @GlorietaKaro, your respiratory reactions to gluten make me wonder if there might also be an allergic (anaphylaxis) component at work here.

In the meantime, I will carry on has I have been— it’s working! Thanks also for the validation— sometimes I just feel crushed by disbelief. Not enough to make me eat gluten though—
