B) Hi, I would like to have a good pita bread recipe that someone has actually tried. Am still in my first 2 weeks of Gluten Free and Dairy Free. I make my hummus but would like to use something other than corn chips. ANYONE??? THanks, Anne

I have tried that particular recipe. It is an ok subsitute... maybe I did something wrong but it turned out a bit between a pancake and pita. Work with a really hot pan I guess.
