I called a bunch of companies regarding any gluten-free lists that they may have. They were all very nice and many of them are mailing me lists that I can keep handy when food shopping. Here is what they said:

Sargentos shredded cheeses- All of them are gluten free except for the nacho and taco shredded cheeses ( the ones that have spices added). All of the other ones are gluten-free

Berks products- I buy their bacon and it is very good. They work in a gluten-free facility but they could not say that all of their products are gluten-free since their spice distributor said they could have some cross contamination. So, any of the products with extra spices added are to be avoided. The bacon is okay though

Breyers Ice Cream- They do not have a specified gluten-free list but they did say that they will have everything shown on the labels of their products. She said there is no hidden gluten in their flavorings and if the product had any traces of gluten it would be listed.

Boars Head- They just came out with a brand new gluten-free list that they will mail you if you call them. That number is 1-888-884-2627. Most of the products are gluten-free but there are some you should avoid.

Weird.. my wife just had some of the Natural Vanilla (Vanilla Bean) Dreyers ice cream and she immediatly began to feel ill.
