I have been dying for some macaroni salad, except I'm not sure which kind of gluten-free pasta would be best to use for this. Anyone have any ideas or recipes?

Thanks!

Are you looking for a salty one or a sweet and tangy recipe?

Peaches,

I prefer Tinkyada Pasta for my macaroni but whatever brand you choose is fine. I use Helmann's Mayo, French's Mustard, Hard Boiled Eggs, Celery, Purple Onions, Black Olives, Pepperoni, Salt, Pepper and Paprika. All these imgredients can be used to your liking or substituted for others you might like better. Also, depending upon how creamy you like your macaroni salad will determine how much Mayo you use. Cook the pasta, cool it under cold water & drain real well. Mix everything together in a large bowl and Enjoy!

To Jenvan, I am looking for a salty recipe :)

Rmmadden, Thanks so much for your response. I will give it a try and let you know how it comes out! I hope this will satisfy my craving!

I have one that is good.

Rice Pasta Salad

I don't measure for this, so this is just an estimate and you can use other veggies

5-7 cups dry spiral rice pasta (I use Tinkyada brown rice spirals)

3 tomatoes cut up into small pieces

1.5 cups frozen green beans, heated up in the microwave (or 1 can green beans)

2 cups frozen califlower or broccoli (or 1 cup of each), heated up in the microwave

4 green onions cut up, or 1/2 red onion cut up

1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, add more for more flavour (I like more!)

optional

Hard boiled eggs, tuna, or chicken cut up into bite size pices

1 red pepper cut into small pieces

Cook the pasta according to the package. Prepare all other ingredients while pasta is cooking. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Done!

That sounds great! Thanks!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
