I don't know if I can post this web site (Wikopedia) but it lists ingredients to look out for in shampoo and body products

(and other products) that do contain gluten and those that don't. I'm new to the disease and forum and am trying to find my triggers. Just started the elimination diet and am having a slightly better day.

Thank you for sharing!

I'm a hairstylist and have been suffering from eczema on my palms and scalp for years, noticing that certain brands flare me up worse than other (Sebastian was the WORST!!). Also, I had DH spots all over my back and legs, being misdiagnosed as eczema for 10 years.

I went gluten free and started reading labels from shampoo to suppliments to food items and everything has been clearing up nicely. 34 days now, although I got CC'ed last weekend.

Shampoo can really get you!

Thank you for this info. I was wondering why all of my other symptoms are getting better except for the eczema on my hands. My hand lotion has gluten in it.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
