I used to drink those and I always had a reaction to it not understanding why. Thinking yogurt is good for me, what on earth could be wrong. That's another thing to put on my list to avoid. Thank you for that information!- additives

People don't go gluten free unless they feel better...It's a hard thing to go gluten free. But this is 2025, 10 years later...I was searching to see what diet he followed to get better and I'm surprised he went gluten free and that actually helped.
