I have had pizzas and done well. The crust isn't special but the toppings are! I talked to the owner/ operator of the one near me. They get all the toppings from clean unused containers. They even cook the pizzas at least 2 feet from a regular pizza. I asked for a topping that wasn't gluten-free and they called me back to tell me.

So does Minsky's offer that at all of their locations or just limited ones? That's great that they offer gluten free!

I think all except one location that is not actually owned or controlled by Minsky's.....some odd thing. The pizza is small and expensive. I'm the only one in the family that eats it so it's fine.

My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

I just saw in Trent’s response something about the vitamins. Good to know.

Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system?  I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.
    • TheDHhurts
I wrote them back seeking clarification on their testing. The response was that they test to ensure the product is 5 ppm or under. So far no trouble with the product but I hate to see these companies drop the outside certification.
