Yes, dairy and soy free. I also react to corn. And now I find that potatoes make pain come back. We should stay in touch with the same intolerances. I also can't have anything high in fructose or anything that has been fermented. You? Yes, I was doing okay with Amy's mac n cheese...then wham! I purchased some Amy's from 2 places and both the ones from Kroger seemed to bother me, and not the ones from Whole Foods. I was thinking that it was a contaminated batch, because she obviously makes gluten full foods too. I also have a little turmoil, but I usually always put up with some turmoil.

oh yes- i react to corn BIG TIME- very much like gluten, just doesnt last for a month. react to dairy sometimes... excess fructose AWFUL... feel better if im completely grain free. i can do small amounts of rice (white is better), quinoa, & certified gluten-free oats... but mostly everything else messes me up.

also cant do legumes & most beans

can definitely do some alcohol but not too much, and also a little too sensitive to sugar/syrups/& vinegar.

That's kind of funny...gluten free oats mess me up for sure. I've just started trying the Ancient Harvest Quinoa hot cereal, and i wasn't feeling well on it. I posted a question about the product in this area, and you should read about the first couple of responses. I am so confused whether or not it is safe for me.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
