Interp IgA Endomysial (Iga Transglutaminase) antibodies rule out active Celiac Disease in virtually all case and Dermatitis Herpetiformis in about 80% of cases. Elevated IgG Gliadin antibodies indicate that DH cannot be ruled out Although specificity of the antibody is limited

So Dr is saying it is not celiac but it is something? Sent me to a Dietian with a celiac referal so when I questioned this the Dietian contacts Dr and is told no not celiac so she doesn't know what to do with me other then do a food log for a week. Getting frustrated IBS for 40+ years and still no diagnoses because of conflicting test result. Yes you have an ulcer, no you don't, yes you have a hernia, no you don't, yes you have ascending colitis and an element of colitis in the sigmiod, no you don't (vbs)

Well, we don't know what sort of "Igg" and "Iga" values those were up top. Given your docs response, they were probably anti-gliadin, which is not specific and usually not run these days.

Maybe start an elimination diet? Find one simple meal that you do well on, eat for a couple weeks until you're feeling pretty good, then slowly add things back in until you encounter problems.

Gliadin antibody IgA and IgG. If they are not run what should have been?

I do not want to start any diet until I know I have to inorder to ensure future testing, if any, is not affected.

Anti-gliadin is closer to being an "Am I eating gluten?" test than a celiac disease test. I would have expected to see IGA and/or IGG -ttg tests. And you might see something called EMA. There should also be a "Total IGA" serum or something like that. The test you got is pretty unusual and not really very good so far as I can see. Although the ttg-igg that you did get is a pretty good marker and your results would tend to indicate that you're in the clear because of it.

Thank you for helping to make things a little more clear for me

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
