We just ate a gluten-free sandwich that was delicious! This health food store has a small-to moderate menu selection. They make both gluten-free and non-gluten-free foods. We had the daily lunch special- Chicken breast with Bacon, lettuce, onion, tomato, and dressing on gluten-free bread. DELICIOUS!

They sell high-quality vitamins, beauty products, produce and some gifts. We really hope to see them stay around but they need you to keep them in business.

They are called NELLIE'S NATURALS. They are located in Milford, Pennsylvania.

We hope to see a savings card introduced to all of their customers. Your request of this savings card would be appreciated. :lol:

Oh man! I wish my health food store would have one of those frequent shopper cards they have in all the pharmacies and grocery stores. We've actually become friends with the guy who runs one of the stores (not to mention the two-three other stores we frequent).

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
