Glutened! When Will I Feel Better?!

I went on vacation and was accidentally glutened at a restaurant right before returning home. That was at the beginning of March. It seems I never really recovered. And recently I was glutened again! Everything I eat is causing me GI distress, my feet have been burning and they're sore and swell sometimes as well, I'm tired all the time, migraines, the list goes on...How long before I start to feel better?! Obviously assuming I am not glutened again...

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
