ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Christine, I've read a little about root canals being problematic, but couldn't tell you why. Maybe someone else can. I haven't ever heard of composite resin fillings leaking, but maybe the material they used doesn't agree with your body. My dentist gave me 4 types of resin to have checked. I had my ART lady muscle test them, and only one of...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I hear you about money, Andrea. I haven't bought new clothes in I don't know how long . I'm getting tired wearing the same thing all the time. All my extra cash is going to food and doctor's appointments. I'm getting healthy, but not very fashionable . Well, the numbness has worn off, but I've been afraid to eat much . I finally got my chlorella...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Yes, I had my last remaining amalgam fillings removed this morning. I'm still waiting for the novacane to wear off. I had one big filling replaced and two small ones. I sure hope they don't hurt afterwards . I have a feeling that big one is going to hurt. I can already start to feel it. The dentist messed around with my other filling that was replaced...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Susie UK, Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. I haven't done hair analysis. I chose not to have it done because I didn't see the point. It would only tell me if I was eliminating metals, not if I still had them in my body. I finally decided to get rid of my mercury amalgams because I'm trying to get pregnant too. My story is a bit more complicated...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I got tested for viruses in ART because Eve knew I had had some of the biggies. She also tested me for all other parasites except fungus. Since the fungus showed up as a problem on the Asyra testing, she didn't bother to do the ART/muscle testing on it. What confused me about the mercury is that it showed up as a problem in ART but not in Asyra testing...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I think the gut-in-motion feeling is your chi moving. Chi is energy, also called your life force. There is more and more medical research being done on acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It's fascinating! The medical part of acupuncture and Chinese herbs survived the Mao revolution in China because he saw the benefit of it, but the spiritual aspect of...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Schizandra is a chinese herb . I've seen it in some of my chinese herbal formulas that I take. Usually, there are many chinese herbs in a formula and they work synergistically. That is, the combination of all of them is more powerful than just taking them individually. I agree on this too. There are plenty of other substitutes for gluten...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Naomi, After 1400 pages, I think a lot of us are still working on it! We're helping each other figure it out here, and realizing it's much more complicated than just an intolerance to gluten. Yeah, processed foods are really bad. I think if you just stay away from processed foods or minimize them, that will help a lot. If you do have to...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I need some help with chlorella. I just ran out of my bottle and I'm getting the rest of my amalgams removed Monday morning . My ART lady won't get anymore until Monday. What an inopportune time to run out! Anyhoo, can anyone recommend a brand that's good that I can buy at WF or somewhere else? I just never know which brand to get. It's sooo...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I react the worst to perfumes. Last night, I was with a group that normally doesn't wear that kind of stuff, but we had a bellydancer performing for us. She was great, but her perfume was really irritating my throat. I kept coughing and felt a little like I was choking. I came home with a sore throat . I was a bit scared that I had a bad reaction from...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Tom, I'll be in SJ from Aug 6-10th. I don't know yet what I'm doing the evening of the 10th. No hotel plans. I might be sleeping in my rental car! Aug 11th-21st is my spiritual retreat at Asilomar near Monterey. Anyhoo, when do you get in to SJ? PM me! I'm ready for a close encounter of the Rachelville kind . I'm a bit stressed about the food...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Huh. I didn't get treated for the sulfa group my first LED since it didn't show up on my Asyra testing . Claire

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Can I get on the e-mail list too? Thanks for the clarification on sulfa residuals. I don't have time to research this stuff myself, so it's nice to get the summary here . Yep, sodium lauryl sulfate is evil. I avoid it and try to always buy organic or natural eggs & meat without antibiotic use. I started that 2 years ago religiously when I started...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Rachel, Wow, that was a long post you sent to that other person! One of the things that seems to be ok with me is the sulfa pathways, so that probably helps me with the mercury detox. In the Asyra testing, it didn't show as a problem for me. As for infections, viruses are a problem for me. We don't talk about them much here in OMGville,...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Andrea, Thanks for the sympathies . I hope T feels better soon! Hi Kat, Glad to hear you will be taking things sloooow. Good luck on ditching the cigarettes! Did you ever see the exhibit "Body World"? They had lungs from smokers that were as black as coal miners. Made me not want to smoke, and I don't smoke anyways! Hi Lisa, ...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut OMG, me too!!! I had my annual review today. Remember the a** chewing I said I got last week from my director? Well, I got a written warning today for missing meetings and being late for meetings. The same meeting my director chewed me out for I found out he was late for . Someone who complained to my supervisor about me missing a meeting for one project...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Wow Rachel, these are the two main foods I don't tolerate. What's the connection with detoxification exactly? Two more days till your LED treatment. I need to schedule another one, but I've been so dang busy. And like Miamia, it's a money thing . Thanks for updating us on Lisa. I was really worried when I read her last post . GOOD LUCK...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Thanks for the list Miamia. That's worth repeating again! Good for you for being pro-active with your doctor! I'm sure as your intestines get better, the chelation will go smoother. I think I will go pick the collards in my garden that I've been neglecting! Claire

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut I vote for applesauce. We have the best one here. It's grown on the Western Slope of Colorado, and I just found out from the folks who grow it that WF is not carrying it anymore . I buy it at the farmer's market anyways, cuz WF marks it up so much. Wow, really? I've got a mini-trampoline that I couldn't get rid of. So, what's the secret...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Hi Rachel, Well after yours and Donna's replies, I guess I'm not being singled out for overpricing. Ouch on the NDF price! I think I'm going to increase my Samento. I'm used to taking 30 drops at a time of other herbal tinctures, so I think I can handle more than 5 drops at a time. Hi Donna, My parsley tincture is also from NutraMedix, and...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut How I love peanut butter too! This is one of the things I had to after my 1st LED treatment, but it was only for 24 1/2 hours. I find that my blood sugar evens out when I avoid sugar. It's eating all the sugar and simple carbs that cause my blood sugar to tank. Claire

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Yes, high fructose corn syrup is evil. They actually concentrate the fructose into a form that is not found naturally. No wonder so many people don't do well with it. I learned through my BioSET treatments how bad HFCS is. I've been avoiding it ever since. Claire

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Thanks for that scientificness Rachel! I followed most of it. I'm tired from a day of doing battle with my irrigation system, so I'll have to go back and read it. It pretty much described the treatment process. I am also doing acupuncture weekly. I'm wondering if the combination of LED and acupuncture increases the effects of the treatments? ...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Jin, My list seemed kind of long, but when it was broken down into 5 treatments, that seemed totally manageable. You only have to avoid the group you are being treated for for 24 1/2 hours. Don't ask me how they get the time worked out! My understanding, which is limited on this stuff, is that it works on an energetic level, which then affects the...

ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Somethingdiamondheart replied to Rachel--24's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut Ok, I think it's finally time for me to post my LED treatment experience, which happened on July 4th. The day before my treatment, I did the Asyra screening. It was very quick. Based on the results for that, my treatment plan was formulated. Here it is. I'll include a little bit of the description of the different groups. Session 1 1st Item...
