  7. Cheri, I think all of those are sympoms of celiac. Those are symptoms that I have I am guessing that your dr. has tested you for other conditions like lupus, thyroid, things like that. Those symptoms could be anything, but if you have gone through test after test and you did test positive on your blood panel then I would say gluten-free is worth a try...

  13. I started gaining weight and went on gluten-free diet and now I have lost most of my weight. I try not to buy the rice noodles and breads a lot. I eat them once in awhile but not a lot. I eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. Lean meats are great. Just set your mind to it and cut out all junk foods. also try not to reward yourself with your fave food...
  14. I don't think it cost that much more than usual. I live on a tight budget so I don't buy bread. I get a pack of rice noodles but mostly I just eat a lot of fresh meat, veggies, and fruits. I find that we are saving money... no more junk food crackers, chips, cookies...no more doctor visits...and lot of energy...priceless

  21. I was on the pill for awhile and had bad cramps then when I got off of it I don't have any cramps now. I don't understand that either but I think what helped me the most was exercise. If you work out during the whole month you may have less cramps. Also if you can eat lots of fruits and veggies. I hope you feel better soon Kayla

    My husband is very allergic to peanuts and he does ok with Soy beans although he felt like he was having a reaction drinking soy milk once.
