They don't eat carbs they eat high fat products as high fat is not dangerous. It's a myth. Your get more gallstones without fat. When i start eat more fat my gallstones have went off.     Hi im from northern europe are blood type 0+ have celiac with code K900 on the paper from doctor, have low vitamin D and b12 and folate, zinc, manganese and high copper it say in test. The best food i have eaten for now is LCHF, i tried paleo but i was missing the dairy. And i love the cream in sauces. LCHF is good choice there is no grains in the dishes...

    I have bought some b12 supplements in tablet form, it has sorbitol and xylitol in that. I wondering if that from wheat and has gluten in it? I get stomach pain of it. And my other b12 doctor prescribe out for me is made of mannitol. Even make me worse. I haven't been active since 1 april 2023 , have been so busy with work sorry.

    Thanks for replay, i am also milkprotein allergic caused of my other allergy symtoms i have of cat, dog, horse, mold, grass, birch, so i must avoid dairy products too, so i drink coconut milk or almond milk now. Hope that will work better for me. I think to eat paleo is better if im allergic to milk. Low Carb High Fat Paleo is what people eat...

    i got my celiac diagnose on 15 march 2023 but i know i could have it long time before, i also have low stomach acid, and doctor said before i have ibs, but now they seen i had gluten antibodies that was high.

    My doctor said i have b12 deficiency , but now my b12 levels show high on blood results in P-Cobalamin in plasma it was on 1266 tmol/L does it show negative on results when you start taking supplements? How long you guys eat b12 ? Can you quit with b12 on celiac? Or do you must eat it all life?

    Hi can you handle Soya products?? I cant i have figure out that too. But im allergic to Citric Acid to that is from Black Mold, Aspergillus Niger. I get allergy reactions on my face. Its almost in soda and food. I read about the blood type 0 diet from Peter D adamo , its not fake there, most of that i read there on blood type 0 working, it says on blood type...
