Also ENT doctors do treat lichen planus as well .. I have worked for an ENT for 11 years and yes it’s mouth wash they call it magic mouth wash

Sounds like you got gluten.. have to remember the people that make our foods really don’t care about us !! So be careful I try to only go to places that has separate kitchen for gluten free foods and it’s not that many but you have to do your research before you go out !

Hi so I changed my tooth paste .. gluten free brands but sometimes I still get a few random bumps in my mouth , just make sure u stay consistent on the diet … I have gluten free two years since diagnosed. It’s so hard
