  1. School lunches are mostly gluteney crap! They are required to provide a filling and inexpensive lunch for kiddoes. That means that tons of processed foods filled with wheat are used to fill that requirement. It will be near impossible for your daughter to eat school lunches safely. Ask your daughter how "cool" it will be to run out of class to throw...
  2. I always run a fever after I get something contaminated. Ate at arby's yesterday and got cc'ed. Last night ran a fever of 99.4-100. That is typical glutening temp for me. -Jessica

  4. Sounds like today was your lucky day. I hope that you stick around the board. This group is full of supportive folks who can offer advice, a shoulder to lean on, and ears to listen with. Sometimes it is hard, but with support it seems slightly easier. I'm glad you have decided to stay away from gluten. You have figured out that it can trigger more than...
  5. Open Original Shared Link That is the taco bell list. Hope it helps. Like Nini said, the meat in the tacos is NOT gluten-free. You are causing damage to your insides if you are eating it. No matter ifyou are getting a reaction or not. -Jessica
  6. For flour I just used what I had in the fridge. I had a little of Analise Roberts mix left (3/4c) and the rest was bob's red mill all purpose gluten-free flour (1/4 c). It turned out great. Marachino cherries were Wal-mart Great Value brand. Label says gluten-free Hope you enjoy it as much as I am -Jessica

  17. Open Original Shared Link That website sells Kraft Dressings. They also sell sweet baby ray's bbq sauce in individual packets. I believe they also sell gluten free soy sauce in individual packets. Along with peanutbutter, jellies, heinz ketchup, Kraft Mayo, and tons of other things that are great! -Jessica
  18. I'm in Kansas and I haven't spotted them here yet either. -Jessica
  19. The food tek people already have that figured out. You can order microwave bread from them. It comes with a cute little "sliced bread" shaped pan to cook it in so that it comes out looking like a piece of bread. I made french toast with mine and it came out pretty darn good!! -Jessica
  20. I'm curious to hear what everybody thinks of this article. I personally would LOVE to maybe have a few of us write to the organizers of this festival. Seems to me that they are ignoring ADA laws/guidelines. Any opinions? -Jessica Open Original Shared Link

  23. I find mine with the velveeta cheese and shaker cans of parmasean cheese. It comes in a blue can and looks like this: Open Original Shared Link Hope that helps. -Jessica
  24. They might have mixed the salad in a contaminated bowl. With that chain (outback, bonefish etc) I know at least outback mixes their salads in a bowl usually. You have to ask them to use a clean one so that there are no crouton crumbs that get into your salad. Sorry you are sick. -Jessica
  25. I'm pretty sure you could buy the mixes that they already sell and try them out in the oven if you don't want to wait for the "official" gluten-free version of the easy bake brand. -Jessica
