  1. Oh I forgot to say that my two cycles were not IVF cycles they were IUI cycles!! Good Luck!!
  2. Oh ok so that's the kind of results you mean lol. I was thinking physical as in pains, aches, rashes etc, but I wasn't thinking about it as far as feeling energetic. It all makes way more sense to me now. I definitely can understand how it would take a while for your energy and upbeat feelings to come back. I have not felt the kind of "happy or peace" that...
  3. Thanks everyone for your responses and oh my goodness can I have buddy ? Does he have any sister puppies ? We are currently thinking about getting a puppy . What bread is buddy? He's just so darn cute!!
  4. If Celiac affects everyone differently then how come so many of you can say that you have to be Gluten-Free for months before feeling the affects? Isn't it possible that some of us are so glutened that even eliminating gluten for a day will make a huge difference? Isn't it also possible that some of us can eat gluten and a few hours later feel the affects...
  5. I was on clomid and Repronex when I conceived my miscarriage. Then I was on Gonal F when I got pregnant with my 2 yr. old daughter!! Clomid has a tendancy to thin some people's lining and cause them to miscarry. I'm pretty sure that's what happened to me. I'm not sure about Gluten, but I didn't have much of a reaction from any of the drugs I was on. I do...
  6. From what I read porphyria is also hard to diagnose. The literature I read says that you need blood, urine, and a stool test to rule it out completely. I guess it's commonly misdiagnosed as well, but there isn't a whole lot of information on it out there since it is "supposably" very rare!! I'm hoping it's neither, but If it was Celiac then all of our symptoms...
  7. Well I'm aware of that, but if I were to go completely carb free (or almost completely carb free the only carbs I had were from fresh vegetables) then that would explain why I didn't have a reaction from gluten, but if it were Porphyria I have then going that low in carbs would shurely have made me very sick and not made me feel better, so it stands to reason...
  8. Well what doesn't make sense to me is that I have been on a low carb (actually no carb for me) diet before and I have felt better then I've ever felt before, so if it were Porphyria Disease then the no carb diet would surely cause me some pain, but if it were Celiac Disease then no carbs would definitely make me feel better!! That's the one thing that keeps...
  9. Oh I know I can eat high carbs without gluten, but the supply of gruten free foods around here is pretty limited, and I'm very picky and don't like many high carb foods that are gluten free, so it would just be personally difficult for me to follow a gluten free diet if I didn't feel like I had Celiac disease!! I just need to know for medication purposes...
  10. Ok since both times I had my severe attacks I had just started on antibiotics, I'm now wondering if it was Porphyria Disease. The dr. in the ER suggested I check it out. My daughter has been eating gluten and has not broke out with a rash lately. She's not eating much these days though, so that could be why. I wish we had some sun this time of year because...
  11. Well my daughter has a skin rash that looks like Dermetitis Herpetiformis and it comes and goes. Plus she has very soft, foal smelling stools most of the time, She has irrate temper tantrams (but they seem to be on and off) she gets very red eyes and they look sunken like she's exhausted. She's 2 and lays around and sleeps a lot for her age. I have almost...
  12. The diagnosis is important for me. I have to have that diagnosis in order for me to feel like I need to stop searching for an answer. If it's not Celiac then I need to keep searching, because I'm not well and I need to know what is happening here. I have only cut out gluten for a day here and there and it seemed to help, but I had my attack on Friday morning...
  13. Ok I go from diareal, to soft mooshy stools, to hard stools, to smooshy stools but feeling constipated, what in the heck is up with me? I have not been gluten free because I have been trying to put tons in my system until I had my tests on Monday, but I was gluten free for a day after my pain so maybe that's where the hard stools came from! Man if I test...
  14. Peta, I have not been diagnosed as of yet, my blood work is in the system as we speak lol!! I had exzema very badly as a child and my children all have exzema with the exception of my daughter whom has a dermatitis herpitifomas type of rash quite frequently!! I also have mouth ulcers like you would not believe. I used to have canker sores growing up pretty...
  15. I will get my results in a few days, but I'm really confused now. I know there is a huge chance for a false negative with a 2yr. old, but I really think if we had this one of us would test positive. I'm so nervous. As much as I DO NOT want to have this disease, I really want an answer to all of my symptoms. How in the world am I going to get through this...
  16. I'm actually relieved to hear that others have had the same thing. After he made that comment I was thinking that maybe I was on the wrong track here, but I'm pretty sure now that It was caused by celiac. I keep trying to tell myself that there is no way I have this disease, but what I really know is there is no way I DON'T have this disease!!
  17. the dr. I saw claimed he had never seen this kind of pain in the upper part of the stomach from Celiac. He suggested I also check out Porphyria!! I checked it out on the net extensively, but most of my symptoms don't quite fit with that. The "obvious" ones do, but none of the others. Plus my daughters rash is not brought on by sun it's brought on by food...
  18. Well I ate Ritz Crackers again trying to get a reaction because I had my nerve test scheduled today and I NEVER got to have the test. I had to call the ambulance from the dr's office parking lot because I thought I was dying. The pain in the upper part of my stomach was so unreal that I could barely breath! I was transported by ambulance to the hospital....
  19. Sorry I'm still here, but have had a bunch of appts lately and am dealing with school issues for one one my children. Man I just have so much going on right now that I can't keep up UG!!
  20. In my opinion YES it can!! I have develeped several phobias, and avoidance personality disorder and even some paranoid personality disorder because of my Celiac. I can't say that for sure, but now that I look back it all makes sence. One of the major symptoms of Celiac is IRRITABILITY (to the point of mood changes and behavioral changes) that tells me that...
  21. Wow this one is actually different for me. Usually I have a very flat stomach. I have had 4 kids and every time my stomach is the first thing to go flat. Yah I know lucky me, but I've never had NO HIPS if you get my drift lol!! Well the reason I stumbled upon Celiac was because my abdomen had swelled completly up after 4 days of diahreal (it was very painful...
  22. Yup definitely have starvation here. I just don't eat dispite the pain and constant growling because hunger pains are so much more tolerable for me then Celiac symptoms :-(!! It gets worse too UG!!! I swear I can eat and 5-10 min later I'm famished!! Like I haven't eaten in days. I just want to sleep my life away at this point so I don't have to live with...
  23. Ok after reading most of the posts here I realize that I should be dead right now. I'm really pretty scared at this point because I can't even get in for a test until Monday and my symptoms have been so bad for so long that I'm afraid I may end up in a comma by then. If I have to continue to eat Gluten then my symptoms are going to escalate again until I...
  24. Well I was not willing to barter on this one, so I flat out LIED!! I told the Pediatrician that I had just been diagnosed with Celiac and that my daughters rash is consistant and that she had other symptoms and needed to be tested. He actually wanted to jump right to the bowel biopsy but I assured him that with the skin reaction, and a positive blood test...
  25. Oh yah I have not been officially diagnosed yet, but I guarantee I have this disease. I have had B12 deficiancy FOREVER and have even had monthy shots that did nothing to help it. I also have had all the tests and MRI's and they all come back normal. The numbness, coldness and tingling in my lower foot and leg have gotten so bad lately that I threatened to...
