    I don't know about constipation, but Celiac and Gluten cause me to be like that. I think it's part of the disease UNFORTUNATELY!! I haven't been constipated in years, but I feel like I am a lot UG!! Good Luck I hope it gets better soon!!

    Well everyone is different and I wouldn't be surprised if it takes the pain quite a while to subside. I've only been gluten free for about 4 weeks, but my leg pain went away within a week, but I still have slight aching in my foot every now and then. I think I'll play it safe and avoid the modified food starch for a while because I've been glutened a couple of times and that's the only thing that seems like it could be the cause.     I just recently found out that I have Celiac Disease and I've had 4 kids. All of my kids are health with the exception of my daughter having DH and I'm not sure if my other kids have Celiac or not, but they hardly ever get sick!! I had very hard pregnancies, but the babies came out fine!! Congrats and enjoy your pregnancy!!

    Man I wish I could answer this for you, but I really can only tell you what I have heard. I have had a knowledgeable Celiac tell me that it takes 6mths for the average Celiacs intestines to heal after ONE gluten ingestion.     It seems to me that you have a very knowledgeable dr. From what I hear a lot of dr's will say you don't have celiac if your biopsy alone is negative, so when your dr. tells you it could be a false negative he/she is right and I would definitely stay on the diet.     Well my daughter definitely has Celiac, but I suspect that two of my boys also have it. I have one child that I do not think has Celiac. If I am right then 3 out of my 4 children have it.     I have actually been extensively tested for pinched nerves and bone and joint problems and they can't seem to find anything except for some normal wear.     LOL I kind of agree, but now that I have Celiac and my chances of getting intestinal and stomach cancers are almost doubled then I really don't want to take any chances. I'm sure If I liked soy I would feel differently but I've yet to find a soy product that I found remotely tasteful YUK ;-)!!

    Ok I have one finger tip that feels like I'm getting stuck with a needle every time something touches it. If you push on it hard it doesn't hurt and I can't feel it, but whenever it just brushes against something or when I'm doing every day things it feels like I'm getting constantly stuck.     When I was a teen they tried to get me to get a mouth guard because the enamel on my teeth was worn like a 60 yr. old and they thought I was gringing my teeth. I had no idea why that was until I found Celiac Symptoms on the web and realized that I had another sympton ;-)!!
