Carly, It probably depends on where you are. Near me (Natomas area in Sacramento, CA) the Safeway has a small gluten-free section, that I seem to remember had gluten-free flour. The Ralphs has a better selection, so I shop there mostly. If you post where you are at, there will probably be someone who can recommend places to shop. Geoff -

This one was just boneheaded - On my birthday last November, I happened to stop at Whole Foods. I noticed one of their gluten-free Carrot Cakes, and got all excited. I decided to treat myself. To hike the Inka trail, you are required to use a guide service. You can not hike the inka trail on your own. Their are other hikes, but on the famous inka trail, you must use a guide. I've been drinking Dairy Ease with no ill effects. I strongly prefer the taste to Lactaid, and it's cheap. I don't like shopping at WalMart, so I pick up about 4-5 gallons a time. Geoff -

Neuropathy was one of my big symptoms before diagnosis. Since going gluten-free, it has seemed at times to get better, then worse than I remembered, then better, then worse.... Frustrating. I've been taking B12, but perhaps I should look at Folic Acid too. Geoff

Just to be a bit of a downer, but having spent the last couple years studying marketing, and marketing research, people should be VERY, very careful to draw any kind of conclusions from this poll. This forum is a perfect example of "self selected sample". If there was a question on there about "do you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease?" the number... -

Cool. Thanks everyone. I haven't had any stomach issues, so I'm hoping I'm just tired and that's causing the headache. I'll buy some gluten-free stuff for next time. I have a pile (literally, probably 30+) things of lip stuff, all with company names on it from when I worked in the outdoor industry. Seemed to be the popular giveaway at tradeshows...
