I'm moving to Washington DC from the UK soon and was hoping for some coffee shop recommendations. Chains or locals. I'm mainly worried about cross-contamination with gluten from oat milk in the milk frothing process, so any shops that don't use oat milk, use gluten-free oatmilk, or seperate equipment, etc.
